When you think of Mid-century what do you think of? I think of great elegant fashion, fashion houses like Dior and Balenciaga were thriving and majorly changing the silhouette of women’s clothing. With such high quality designs and gorgeous fabrics they created a whole new world of beautiful and iconic fashion that is still highly cherished today. Despite the changes that have come to these houses they are still known for their vintage designs and high quality. The silhouette of these items are still seen in high. Fashion today with out these brands might have been much different, we regularly see how designers still are inspired by these designs and we regularly celebrate them.
